Official Contest Rules !
To enter, you must completely fill out the Official Online Entry Form found on the web page for the particular contest. One entry per person per day (unless otherwise stated on the web page for the contest). Winner is chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries and will be notified by email. Winner MUST respond back by email to claim their prize. All prizes not claimed within 30 days (unless a specific deadline is given on the web page of the contest), will be forfeited. HIS Radio WRTP is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries or emails. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other prize or money. Winner may be given the option of picking up their prize in person at the WRTP Studios, 3013 Guess Rd., Durham, NC, or it will be mailed to them.
WRTP is not responsible for undeliverable, lost, damaged or misdirected prizes, mail or email. By entering, the winner agrees to allow WRTP the use of their name and/or likeness on this web site, radio or in print without any further compensation. Only one prize will be awarded per family, address or email address. Prize does NOT include transportation to or from the event, lodging, parking, meals, fees or concessions (unless otherwise stated on the web page of the contest). Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries. Contest is open to residents of the USA that are at least 18 years old (14 years old for Weekly Giveaways that include CDs, Videos, DVDs and Books). Winners of any other HIS Radio WRTP Contest within the last 30 days are not eligible to enter or win. HIS Radio WRTP is not responsible for any damages, accidents, content, losses, cancellations or other events associated with the prize or the use thereof.
