Frequently Asked Questions
You’re a listener supported non-commercial station. So, who pays the bills for you to be on the air?
We are blessed to have a group of people who believe in this ministry and support us financially. Those who are on board with gifts of $30 a month/$360 a year are called His Radio Vision Partners. A couple of times a year we alter our regular programming and ask listeners to join our support team. God has faithfully met our needs. We believe the “best is yet to come” for the station and our ministry. We hope you’ll prayerfully consider being part of our giving team. You can giive an online gift right now online here
I hear mentions about Business Ministry Partners. How can my Business get involved?
As a non-profit radio station, His Radio offers what’s referred to as “underwriting announcements.” These can be used to promote an upcoming event, a local ministry, or even to brand your business. Phone our business office at 1-888-326-9787 to learn more.
You’re a listener supported ministry. How can I be certain that the dollars I invest are being used responsibly?
His Radio is a member of the ECFA – The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. We follow higher standards of Christian ethics in fundraising, financial accounting and reporting.
I'm a local artist. Will His Radio play my music?
His Radio does not currently play local artists. We believe that as you’re faithful to use the gifts you’ve been blessed with, God will open doors of opportunity for you. Grow in your faith, hone your craft, and sing wherever and whenever you have the opportunity!
How are the Top 20 songs chosen?
- The Top 20 is based on the songs we play most often each week. (One of the resources we’re using to make our airplay decisions is Radio & Records).
What song was that?
It's always hard to catch the name of every artist and song on the air. Check our HomePage to learn more.
