Why Give?

We don't know exactly when...

And we don't know exactly how...

But  we know with certainty that SOMEONE will be postively impacted as a result of your generosity.

I just want you to know what your station means to me!  There have been difficult times in the past few years dealing with an ill father and a few other family issues.   It was just always so amazing that just the message I needed to hear at any specific time was playing on the radio when I turned it on.   I'm not kidding when I say there were times that I would go to my cary and turn it on just to see if God would speak to me.  And believe me, He did!

I became Kenneth's  home health aide in April.  Right away we hit it off.   He let me know he was a Christian just like me.  I told him that I listen to this great radio station, HIS Radio.   He started to love your station too.   Back in September I pledged a gift to your fundraiser and told Kenneth about it.  He wanted to make a call to you, too, with a gift.  He couldn't talk very loud so I spoke for him during the call.  Early in October he found out he had cancer and didn't know how long he would live.  He knew this, though:  that he was to pay his bills and commitments and that included carrying out his pledge to HIS Radio.  It's something he wanted to do.   He lost his battle in January, 2011.   He is gloriously with our Father now.  WE THANK YOU OR HOUR DEDICATION TO THE PUBLIC.   I know it really helped Kenneth at the end of his days.
