I consider myself blessed to have been born into a strong Christian family.   My parents were pastors and overseas missionaries.   My four brothers and sisters and I were all born in Africa, and I value the blended experience of having spent childhood years here in America and many of my teenage years back again in Africa.   And my life with Mary and our kids, Matthew and Mary Sue, is continued evidence of His grace to me.

I've also come to know and love the awesome way that God's power can flow through a radio station to touch hearts and heal lives in a one-on-one experience.   The old inside-joke in the radio industry is that one day we'll all get real jobs.

Maybe.

But why?
