Description: The Puller will be responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled from the warehouse inventory while meeting all productivity and accuracy standards. Prepare items for shipping in a timely matter while and following specific work instructions. Compensation, Hours, & Benefits: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Direct Hire, $13.00 per hour with pay increase opportunities after probation. Our Career Progression Program allows for you to increase your pay 3.5% for every level you apply for and achieve minimum standards. Monday - Friday 2 PM - 10:30 PM/Close + Mandatory Overtime when needed The company offers vacation time, a personal day, and sick time after waiting period ranging between 30 – 90 days. Qualifications:
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to operate a warehouse cart Ability to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented Ability to use electronic devices Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to Stand and walk for 8+ hours per day Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively Ability to work independently without close supervision Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately Ability to read and understand pick tickets written in English Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required Physical Demands: In performing the job of a Puller, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery. Working Environment: The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
