Marshall Air Systems - What kind of music do welders like? Heavy metal. What kind of welders do we like? Ones that can successfully weld 18 gauge stainless steel into quality products for the restaurant industry and view welding as a craft. The Marshall welding team work hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am until 5:30 pm. Benefits include health, dental, vision, STD, LTD, accident insurance and paid vacation after one year of employment. Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations: At Marshall we wear masks, practice social distancing, hand washing, temperature taking, deep cleaning and contact tracing.
Qualifications:
Our welders must be able to pass the Marshall Weld Test, Interpret drawings, sketches or other specifications of product to be welded, read blue prints, determine correct parts required and sequences of pieces to be welded in a timely and efficient manner. Best candidates come to the table with 5+ years of TIG welding experience and they can fabricate.
